Early morning run and yoga, to warm up for our trip to Pairi Daiza

It was 7:30 and I was looking for my running shoes. My leg was already a bit sore but I warmed up, started runtastic and off I went. First round around the block without walking. 1,3km is a start, let’s build it up slowly and we’ll see where we get.

After running it was time for yoga, enjoying my morning stretch of body and mind. Taking a quick warm shower before taking my vitamins and breakfast. And the. It was time to leave for our trip.

Pairi Daiza has a calming effect on me. It’s a good way to escape the high pace of daily life. Enjoying the surroundings, the animals and my family.
